During my recent stay at East, I was amazed by their really good service. when I accidentally left my phone in a taxi, the reception staff immediately sprang into action. They contacted the manager, Tom Zhou, were great to solve the problem and reunite me with my phone. The staff's attentiveness and willingness to assist made my stay nice. I highly recommend East for their excellent service and dedication to their guests.

This hotel had it all - clean rooms, great facilities, convenient location, and friendly staff. The hotel was located in an area on the outskirts of the city, close to a bustling outdoor mall area. It was also in proximity to the vibrant art district. The breakfast served at the hotel was excellent, with a wide range of choices from both Western and Eastern cuisine. The hotel staff were quick to respond to any queries and were able to communicate effectively in English.
Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

Beautifully designed hotel with excellent decor. Exceptionally helpful staff. Free upgrade and amazing city view from corner room. Nice pool. Awesome bathroom. Free mini-bar and espresso machine. Convenient attached mall. Excellent breakfast at Feast restaurant.

We loved the central location of this hotel in Pigeon Forge. It was close to the center of town and within walking distance to many attractions, including the old mill and gift shops. The hotel was also conveniently located near the river, providing a scenic and relaxing atmosphere. The staff were friendly and the rooms were clean, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable.
